She explained the key benefits of the calling feature, including its accessibility anywhere and anytime, the ability to ask questions and receive immediate responses, and the capability to send direct links to users' inboxes. Kayla also outlined some potential drawbacks, such as possible communication barriers and the requirement to have a phone to use the feature. The demonstration concluded with Kayla summarizing the pros and cons of the AI calling feature and expressing hope that the explanation was helpful to the audience.
